We are needing a highly creative Sous Chef for this stunning restaurant property specialising in gourmet breakfasts, desserts & the finest coffee’s imported from around the globe with all the service trimmings!
For this Sous Chef role you will need to be well versed in all areas of the kitchen – Including desserts as this plays a KEY factor in the concept & is hugely popular!
As Sous Chef you will be working with seasonal menus that are updated every three months to include new trends, out-the-box offerings, presentation & plating techniques – Continual menu contribution required!
What you’ll need:
Current Sous Chef in a fine dining environment
Strengths must include pastry & desserts
International cuisine experience with an emphasis on European, Mediterranean & sweets
Full business acumen; training capabilities; H&S and administration
