Sous Chef – Jersey – 4 Star Hotel – £28000
Platinum Recruitment’s Channel Islands Division is currently representing a family owned 4 star hotel on Jersey and have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team.
* This flagship hotel is part of a small family owned group based on Jersey
* The hotel boasts an enviable reputation and has a main a la carte restaurant and a more informal café bar
* The hotel is situated in prime location in the main town of St Helier, making it very popular all year round.
* As Sous Chef you will be assisting the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen and will deputise for him in his absence.
* You will ideally have experience as Sous Chef in a 4 star hotel and be used to a la carte and volume catering as the hotel has a busy C&B operation.
* You will be responsible for overseeing the training of the kitchen brigade and provide motivation for them at all times.
* Salary – £28000
