Our client runs some leading hotel operations across the Lake District leading and are currently looking to appoint a Pastry Chef to join their team. Live in Accommodation is available if required.
As Pastry you will assist the Sous Chef in overseeing the Pastry, to include freshness of ingredients and mis en place, and to ensure that the Pastry ready for service in all outlets
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience within a similar post within a quality establishment. You must be confident, engaging and a team player
