An award-winning gastro pub in Hertfordshire, the pub is the destination of choice, they are extremely busy, which is why they need a talented Jnr Sous Chef to join the team. The menus are full of creativity, imagination and a determination to be the best fine dining destination in the area and you will help the head Chef accomplish that.

For this role you will need:

The ability to produce top quality fresh food at volume.

Good hygiene awareness and be able to manage consistency

The desire and determination to climb the career ladder

Good organisation/communication skills

Recent experience at recognised establishments as Jnr Sous Chef or CDP

To work effectively as part of our kitchen team
