I am currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join a busy kitchen based in Bridgwater, on a full time permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for either an experienced Head Chef or a Sous Chef looking for the next step in their career! It is essential that you have experience catering for a large number of people using fresh ingredients and can instruct a small team.
The successful applicant should have
• Prior experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
* Ability to work fast paced and under pressure
• Good motivational skills.
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines
Working Hours – 48 hours per week on a weekly Rota.
Salary – £25k – £30k Depending on Experience!
