Competencies of a Commis Chef:
* Min 12 months previous experience in a busy, similar environment..
* Experience working with all fresh food (rosette awarded ideally) at Commis Chef level.
* Right attitude and desire to learn.
* Passion for food..
* Ability to work in a busy operation.
