As Chef de Partie (CDP) you will be responsible for your section within the Kitchen to produce high quality food always to comply with the brand standard set within the food specifications set to ensure at all hygiene regulations and safety standards are met always. To complete full basic training and development training as required
Key duties of the Chef de Partie (CDP) will be (amongst others):-
·Assist the Head & Sous Chefs with ordering to ensure sufficient stock holdings.
·Ensuring all relevant cleaning is done to company standards and your area is clean and tidy always.
·Managing and training any commis working with you
·Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
·Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
