Based on the outskirts of Norwich, our client is an award winning fine dining restaurant that puts an emphasis on local and seasonal ingredients and is currently seeking a Chef De Partie.
Working in a fast paced kitchen your duties will include:
Preparing fresh ingredients
Cooking food to the highest standard
Plating meals beautifully
Managing junior kitchen staff
Ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times
The successful candidate will have experience working in a fine dining kitchen and a passion for cooking quality food.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £25,000 per year and a guaranteed 2 days off a week.
